The Children's Services Plan sets out how organisations across Aberdeenshire are working together to improve children and young people's wellbeing.
The 5 priorities for 2020-23 are:
Providing help for care experienced children & young people (Corporate Parenting)
Drive early intervention and prevention to support children and young people affected by their own, or someone else’s drug or alcohol us.
Supporting children with a disability and their families
Making sure children get the best start in life by giving the best support to families in the early years (children aged 0 to 8 years old)
Helping children & young people enjoy great mental health and wellbeing.
This purpose of this consultation is to collect the views of children, young people and families in developing the 2023-26 Children's Services Plan in Aberdeenshire to ensure the Plan reflects priority needs.
