University of Aberdeen - Community Resilience in Rural Aberdeenshire

We've recently been in touch with Meredith Diiola who is a masters student at Aberdeen University in the Department of Geography and Environment, studying MSc Sustainability Transitions. Meredith would like to invite you to participate in the research project “Community Resilience in Rural Aberdeenshire”. The aim of the project is to identify the characteristics of smaller/more remote communities in Aberdeenshire and consider how these characteristics influence resilience to the impacts of climate change, severe weather, and disruption to energy systems. The research project is done in partnership with Foundation Scotland and the Vattenfall Unlock our Future Fund.

The purpose of this survey is to gauge community members' experiences in relation to community resilience, severe weather, and energy systems. The survey should take around 5-10 minutes.
