Bookbug

Bookbug is Scotland's universal early years book gifting programme which supports families to read, sing and play with their little ones from birth to give them the best start in life. Aberdeenshire Council's Library Service offers Bookbug sessions which are free, fun, and relaxed, helping families share songs, rhymes and stories together. Designed for babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers (0-5 years), sessions last around 30 minutes and support early learning. Free Bookbug bags with books are available for every child in Scotland.
