The Aberdeenshire Licensing Board are reviewing their 'Gambling Policy' (Statement of Licensing Principles) and are interested in receiving your views in respect of their draft policy.
The purpose of this policy is to set out how the Board will meet its responsibilities as licensing authority under the Gambling Act 2005.
A copy of the draft and a summary of the changes which have been made can be found within the 'Documents' section of this page.
The short survey below seeks your general views in respect of the policy and also provides an opportunity for additional comments.
Any feedback received will be reported back to the Board and help shape the final policy for approval.
