What worked Well?

• Good to have discussions locally, meeting people and clarity around vision and purpose.
• Working collaboratively in break out rooms
• Introduction to ALCP plan 2024 – 2027, with 2 key themes creates a sense of direction for the LLCP
• Beneficial to have contribution from ALCP Strategic leads, recommend this be maintained.

What were the Challenges?

• Accessibility issues, excessive screen time, full day programme, with people only attending part of the day.
• Key partners missing the development day
• Accessing supporting documents

What could be improved?

• Programme half day going forward / In person if possible
• Polling / consulting with all to arrange suitable day
• Links and documents to be shared prior to online delivery
