Learning needs assessment survey

Aberdeenshire Council Community Learning and Development and other partners are looking to find out more about the learning and development needs of individuals and communities in the Alford Academy cluster area (stretching from Echt to the Lecht). We are initially going to be exploring 3 communities in detail: Alford, Lumsden and Echt. This needs assessment will allow us to support and develop work around learning and development that individuals and communities most want and need. With this survey we want to know more about:

• What your community is like as a place to live and learn
• What helps you to learn new skills and knowledge as well as what makes this hard

Please note that this survey is for people in Echt, Lumsden and Alford.
