ASSET TRANSFER UNDER THE COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT ACT

NOTICE OF ASSET TRANSFER REQUEST

An asset transfer request has been made to Aberdeenshire Council under Part 5 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.

The request has been made by Mill of Benholm Enterprise and relates to the Mill of Benholm, Johnshaven, DD10 0HT.

The request is for transfer of ownership of the site.

The proposed use of the property is to restore the buildings and site and re-open the Mill of Benholm as a community hub and visitor attraction.
