NOTICE OF ASSET TRANSFER REQUEST
An asset transfer request has been made to Aberdeenshire Council under Part 5 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
The request has been made by Gordon Park Early Learning and Childcare and relates to Castlepark Community House, Craigievar Crescent, Ellon.
The request is for lease of Castlepark Community House.
The proposed use of Castlepark Community Park is as a facility for nursery provision for children aged between 2 and 5 years old.
Anyone may make representations about this request to Aberdeenshire Council.
Representations must be in writing and include the name and address of the person making it. A copy of the representation will be given to the organisation making the request.
An online representation can be made by taking the survey below or can be sent to Formartine Area Manager, Aberdeenshire Council, Formartine House, Ellon, AB41 9BA.
Representations must be made by midnight on Sunday 13 September 2026.

A minimum period of 20 working days is provided for public comments. Any representations received will be copied to the Community Body for their comments.
Community Body

Representations along with other key information submitted will be considered before a written report will be presented to the relevant Area Committee for determination.
