ASSET TRANSFER UNDER THE COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT ACT
NOTICE OF ASSET TRANSFER REQUEST
An asset transfer request has been made to Aberdeenshire Council under Part 5 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
The request has been made by Strichen Town House SCIO and relates to Strichen Public Toilets.
The request is for purchase of the land and building.
The proposed use of the asset is to demolish the building and use the land to provide access to, and enable construction of, a new extension to Strichen Town House which will include publicly accessible toilets.
