Audit Committee Self-Evaluation Survey

This self-evaluation survey is being sent to you as a Member or Substitute Member of the Audit Committee. Your feedback will help Officers to develop training and support for new Audit Committee Members following the Local Election in May and is really valuable to us. The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
