Consultation has concluded
A consultation with a number of the local businesses took place during the summer of 2022. This focused on how well businesses are re-emerging as they return after Covid, as well as the very topical current issues on energy and living costs. From this consultation a number of themes emerged. These included funding avenues, digital presence, footfall as well as how businesses' can navigate their way through rising energy, supply and living costs.
The Banffshire Business Breakfast event hosted by Aberdeenshire Council and held at the Vinery, Banff brought in speakers form a number of different organisations to discuss these very topical issues. Presentations were held form Business Gateway, Business Energy Scotland, Federation of Small Business, RGU Sustainable Futures and Aberdeenshire Council.
