Service Users / Carers Survey

This survey is for 

• Anyone who has or is currently receiving support from the Older Adult Community Mental Health Services in Aberdeenshire
• Family members or unpaid carers who support someone who has or is currently receiving support from the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team
• Anyone else who has been involved in accessing or receiving services provided by the Older Adult Community Mental Health Teams in Aberdeenshire who may wish to share their views
