We asked: HSCP Finance are currently reviewing the HSCP Purchase Card guidance and procedures and asked all purchase card administrators, cardholders, line managers and finance staff for their feedback and experience on the following;
Current purchase card procedures and guidance documents available
Mandatory purchase card online training course available on ALDO
Comments relating to the online RBS SDOL system
Any other comments relating to purchase cards
You said: We received a combined response of 78 to our surveys which were specifically constructed and issued to all who have a relevant role within the purchase card process.
We will: As our review is currently ongoing, the feedback received has provided us with the information to look further into recurring issues which will help improve the service we provide. This will also allow us to focus on reviewing our guidance and procedures for specific areas that require further clarification that have been identified from the surveys.
