Development Management Survey 2022-2023

We are carrying out a survey of the service provided by the Development Management Team.  Your views are important to us as they will help to shape our service and improve how we do things.  Please take a few minutes to fill in the questionnaire and tick the relevant boxes. 

During the last year, the Planning Service has been operating in a situation whereby staffing numbers and recruitment has had a direct impact upon officer workloads and determination timescales, we therefore thank you for your understanding during this period, and for bearing with us as the Service has had to review and streamline how we deliver our service to allow us to continue to process pre-application enquiries and applications. Part of this approach has involved the promotion of self service via greater use of the website and planning register to allow you to track the progress of your application, in conjunction with more targeted communication from case officers. The Planning Service are continuing to review how we can streamline and deliver our services and the feedback that you provide will assist the Service with this ongoing review process.
