You recently took part in a Formal Consultation Follow-Up meeting with one our Educational Psychologists.
We value your feedback and would like to seek your views about the service you received prior to, during and after the meetings (both the Formal Consultation and the Formal Consultation Follow-Up). To follow is a link to a short survey, which will only take a couple of minutes to complete and the information will help us to improve our service. The survey will be open until Friday 12 March.
