What do you know about resilience? Aberdeenshire Adult Learners' Survey
Community Learning and Development are working together with the Risk and Resilience Team to find out what our adult learners know about being resilient in an emergency situation.
We would also like to find out what you would do in an emergency situation, where you are expected to be self sufficient for up to 72 hours (3 days).
Being resilient means different things to different people but in this survey we are using the word resilience to describe being prepared for, living through and recovering from an emergency event.
The survey is completely confidential and you will not be asked for your name or any personal information.
The information you provide will help the Risk and Resilience Team to better support the communities and individuals of Aberdeenshire be prepared for emergency situations should they arise.
If you would like to find out more about how you can be prepared for an emergency situation, use this link Preparing and dealing with emergencies - Aberdeenshire Council which will take you to the Aberdeenshire Council web pages.
If you need support completing this survey you can speak to your local Community Learning and Development Worker or contact caithleen.bell@aberdeenshire.gov.uk / 07557 171 907.
The survey will close on Friday 14th November 2025 and we will publish the results in December 2025.
