‘DEVELOPING A SOCIAL PRESCRIBING SYSTEM FOR BUCHAN’

Connecting people to activities, groups, and support to help improve health & wellbeing
The Buchan Local Community Planning Group is seeking feedback from its latest partnership event which was organised to focus on Social Prescribing. The theme was identified by the Buchan Health & Wellbeing Hub which is an operational arm of the Buchan Local Community Planning Group, and which brings together a wide range of Partners from the public and third sectors who are involved in local healthcare and wellbeing services. Social Prescribing is also referenced within the current Buchan Community Plan 2020-2025 within the Healthier Communities priority.
This Event sought to raise awareness of what Social Prescribing is, to provide an opportunity to discuss its potential for Buchan, and to identify a set of agreed priority actions to be taken forward through working in partnership.
This survey asks for Participants to provide feedback on their thoughts about the event and its theme, which will help to plan and develop identified priority actions and further partnership events in the future.
