Staff Survey-(copy)

This short survey may be of interest to all staff and we are encouraging as many staff as possible to participate.

Through legislation, the council has a requirement to produce a Gaelic Language Plan.  The first Plan ran from 2016-21, and we are in the process of preparing the second Plan to run from 2022-27.

As part of that process, Scotland's principal Gaelic body - Bord na Gaidhlig - advises that an internal audit of staff should be done to find out the number of employees who have Gaelic language skills and to identify the interest or demand for Gaelic language training.  The latter would initially focus on basic greetings and phrases.

The survey should only take five minutes to complete.
