This topic paper provides details on the information sources we have used in our assessment of this topic, and provides interim conclusions that should be taken forward in the Spatial strategy for the forthcoming Local Development Plan 2028.It considers, and asks for your views, on two general topics:  

1. Planned Expansions of Fixed Broadband 

2. Plans for Upgrading Mobile Networks  

3. Alternative Broadbands 

While considering these issues, it would probably be appropriate to refer to the content of the topic paper.
