Long Term Empty Properties

There is an opportunity to leave comments later in the questionnaire.

1.

It is proposed that owners of long-term empty properties can apply for the 200% premium to be deferred for up to 24 months if they can provide evidence that they are actively taking steps to bring the property back into use, such as renovation or repair work, marketing the property for sale or marketing the property for rent. The deferment would not be automatic and supporting evidence would be required.
