This questionnaire is to help understand where parents/carers in Turriff School Catchment area get support for their children & young people's (5 -18 years) mental health and wellbeing.

Parents, schools, and friends all provide support but where else in the community would you get support. Who else would you speak to (for example a local teacher or GP?) and what out of school activities do your child(ren) participate in? Who and what cheers them up when they are worried or feeling down?

All information you share will be anonymous, you will not be asked to provide your name. All feedback will be shared with the Aberdeenshire Girfec Mental Health group who will use this information to help in improving services for Children & Young People in Aberdeenshire.
