Occupational Therapy (Social Work) Duty Service
Service users are being invited to provide feedback on their interaction with the occupational therapists who screen incoming referrals to their team. This is to check if the request is appropriate for the occupational therapy service, and to assess the risk and prioritise the referral.
We would be grateful if you would complete our short survey. It will be available via the link below until the 30th May 2025.
The information is confidential and responses will be anonymous.
