Aberdeenshire Council is delighted to confirm that funding has been secured for the redevelopment of Penny Park Boddam. We are now seeking community input to select new play equipment.

In keeping with community feedback gathered as part of the development, we aim to enhance the existing play area with the addition of new items that are engaging, inclusive and accessible and enhance opportunities for play for children and families, as well as reflecting local maritime and coastal heritage themes.

We have received design proposals from equipment suppliers (KOMPAN, SUTCLIFFE, WICKSTEED, SCOTPLAY AND PROLUDIC) which are now open to public vote. The design proposals are available to view below. To view larger images, right click on the images and select 'open image in new tab.'

You can select your preferred supplier using the 'TAKE SURVEY' button below.

To register your choice, you will need to register with an email address to take part in the survey and you can only complete the survey once. This is to ensure the survey response is fair and accurate.

The majority vote from all survey respondents will decide which design proposal for the Penny Park play area will be selected.
