Aberdeenshire Council is consulting on proposed amendments to the fees chargeable for applications for certain licences under the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 and other relevant legislation. This includes taxi and private hire vehicles and drivers, taxi booking offices, public entertainment licences, boat hire, knife dealers, late hours catering, market operators, metal dealers, second hand dealers, street traders, window cleaners, sex shops and sexual entertainment licences. We are also consulting on some miscellaneous fees including for cinemas, hypnotists and venison dealers.


The consultation should take less than 10-15 minutes to complete.
