Thank you for your interest in the Council’s review of its approach to sheltered housing and the provision of support to sheltered housing tenants. The aim of this review is to allow us to provide the best possible homes and support within the resources that will be available.
You will be asked to input the numbered code from the letter that was sent to you. This is to allow the research company to keep track of returns and undertake statistical analysis of the results. Your individual response to the various satisfaction questions won’t be passed back to the Council or used for any other purpose. If you do not have access to this code or you did not receive a letter, then simply leave this section blank.
