Aberdeenshire Council's Housing Service are running a series of meetings for Sheltered Housing Tenants.
Sheltered Housing Manager, Kate Macdonald, and Tenancy Services Housing Manager, Andrew Mackie will be joined by Sheltered Housing Tenant Forum Chair Jo Miller and Vice Chair Janet Langley to speak to tenants about
- the current position of the housing revenue account, how costs are managed, and how these can affect rent and service charges
- investment and improving internal areas
- discussion and feedback on plans to future-proof Sheltered Housing, including rebranding and the independent living model
- updates on the the role of the staff team and what you can expect from the service
- information on the plans to remove Tunstall as part of the analogue to digital project
- new door entry systems
