Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Survey

Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership are looking to create a new Mental Health and Wellbeing Delivery Plan. This delivery plan will support, and be based on, various strategies and action plans, these are:

  • Scotland's Mental Health and Wellbeing: Strategy
  • Mental Health and Wellbeing - Delivery Plan 2023-2025
  • Suicide prevention Strategy: ‘Creating Hope Together’
  • Suicide prevention Action Plan
  • Self-harm Strategy: Self-Harm strategy and Action Plan
  • Veterans Mental Health and Wellbeing Action Plan

The survey questions are based on the Core Mental Health Quality Standards, and we’d like to hear how you and your service work with these standards to support patients, service users, families and communities in Aberdeenshire.

Your feedback will help shape future mental health and wellbeing priorities for communities, as well as our workforce, in Aberdeenshire.

The survey is split into the 5 sections of the Core Mental Health Quality Standards, a copy of the Core Mental Health Quality Standards are available in the documents section if you need to refer to these. Please be aware this is a long survey with the main sections:

  • Access - 11 questions
  • Assessment, Care Planning, Treatment and Support - 6 questions
  • Moving Between and Out of Services - 4 questions
  • Workforce - 11 questions
  • Governance and Accountability - 3 questions
