Following a report to Kincardine and Mearns Area Committee looking at alternative Motorhome Parking in Stonehaven, Councillors requested a Traffic Management Review for Stonehaven. The below engagement survey has been created to look at various issues and concerns that have been raised by Stonehaven residents including traffic movements, non-motorised user movements (including pedestrian crossings), on and off-street parking provisions, bus movements and many more factors.
A full review of Traffic Management across Stonehaven will be undertaken concentrating on:
Cowie Village, Leisure Centre and Beach Promenade
Belmont Brae and Mineralwell Park
Stonehaven Railway Station
Market Square and Town Centre
Cowgate, Shorehead and Bervie Braes
Key arterial routes impacted by any alterations made/proposed by this review
Paper copies of the survey are available in Stonehaven Library.
