Philorth Ward Project - Staff Questionnaire

From August 2024 to the end of January 2025, staff on Philorth ward, Fraserburgh Hospital have implemented a Test of Change. This has involved arranging an initial goal setting meeting with patients and their families with the aim of completing this within 72 hours of admission. This has allowed discharge to be discussed from an early stage and goals to be set to achieve discharge.
