Suicide Prevention Pre-training questionnaire

This pre-training questionnaire is for anyone who is attending Suicide Prevention training provided by SAMH on behalf of Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership.

There will be further questionnaires immediately after the training and a later follow-up questionnaire.

Suicide is a big problem in Scotland.
