This survey has been prepared to seek views on the Draft Supplementary Guidance on Developer Obligations and Affordable Housing.
Aberdeenshire Council, in response to the Report on the Examination of the Proposed Aberdeenshire Local Development Plan 2020, is required to prepare Supplementary Guidance on "Developer Obligations and Affordable Housing". This guidance will form part of the Local Development Plan 2023.
The Draft Supplementary Guidance was originally promoted as Planning Advice on which early engagement took place with the development industry on the bulk of the document. However, during the Examination of the Proposed Local Development Plan 2020 it was recommended by the Reporter that the Planning Advice was to be prepared as Supplementary Guidance and adopted in association with the Local Development Plan 2023.
Following the 6 week period of public consultation, comments received on the Draft Supplementary Guidance will be presented to Aberdeenshire Council along with the finalised Supplementary Guidance on 23 November 2023.
The final Supplementary Guidance that Aberdeenshire Council wishes to adopt must then be sent to Scottish Ministers for approval.
Completion of this survey will require you to be a registered user and may ask for some personal details to assist us with understanding the points that you are making. Please see our Privacy Statement for more information.
WHILE WE DO NOT INTEND TO PUBLISH THE INDIVIDUAL SUBMISSION MADE, THE ISSUES RAISED IN THE INDIVIDUAL SUBMISSION WILL BE ATTRIBUTED TO THE REPRESENTEE THAT MADE THEM.
