We are pleased to open nominations for the Team Central 2023 Annual Awards!
Our theme this year is “compassion”.
Compassion is a key principle underpinning the Health & Social Care Standards. We want everyone to experience care and support which is warm and nurturing, which is provided by people who understand and are sensitive to individual needs and wishes and who want to help.
We invite you to submit nominations for the following award categories:
1. Individual
This award is for an individual member of the team who embodies compassion in their care for service users and/or their colleagues.
2. Team award
This award is for a team that has shown exceptional compassion in their care for service users and/or each other.
3. Leadership award
This award is for a leader who embodies compassion in the way they work with you or your team, enabling you to provide compassionate care to others.
4. Rising Star award
This award is for an individual who has joined our team in the past year and who embodies compassion in their care for service users and/or their colleagues
5. Innovation award
This award is for an individual or team who are providing compassionate care in new and innovative ways.
6. Above & Beyond award
This award is for an individual or team who has/have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional compassionate care for a service user or colleague.

The awards will be presented at our Central Teams Forum on Tuesday 26th September 2023 at Lochter Activity Centre, Oldmeldrum.
