Following the impact of Covid and the enhanced recycling rollout (orange bins) we are now in a position to review our Trade Waste & Recycling Service.
We would like to improve our service with your help and would welcome your responses to the questions below along with any further feedback you would like to share with us to enable us to provide the most effective and efficient service for our trade customers.
The satisfaction survey should take no longer than 2-3 minutes to complete.
We will collate all responses and use the information provided to help prioritise actions within our service for the next year. We then plan to follow up the survey in a year's time and add more in-depth questions to enable us to further enhance the service.
Your feedback and responses will be treated as confidential.
