We are working on understanding the needs of young people who are struggling to attend school and working towards providing new opportunities through youth work and working with families.
We are involving local partners to identify and provide alternative learning experiences to formal education to support young people to learn outwith a school environment.

We are looking into a pilot project in partnership with Community Learning and Development (CLD), Education and the Whole Family Well Being team to understand school absence and attendance.
We would like to gather information from young people who struggle to attend school, to identify alternative learning opportunities.
It will take approximately 2 to 5 minutes to complete this survey.
This survey will close on 31st March 2026.

We are gathering information from staff to help identify why young people struggle to attend school and identify alternative learning opportunities they may want to engage in.
It will take approximately 2 to 5 minutes to complete this survey.
This survey will close on 31st March 2026.
