Education and Children's Services at Aberdeenshire Council would like your views regarding the school catchment area for the village of Ythanbank.
Ythanbank is in the Auchterellon, Methlick and Tarves primary catchment areas and the Ellon and Meldrum secondary catchment areas.

Education and Children's Services at Aberdeenshire Council would like to get your views regarding the school catchment area (school zone) for the village of Ythanbank, Ellon.
The school catchment areas for the village of Ythanbank are Auchterellon, Methlick and Tarves Schools for primary education and Ellon and Meldrum Academies for secondary education.
Approximate distances between Ythanbank and catchment schools are listed below:
Auchterellon School - 3.7 miles
Methlick School - 4.3 miles
Tarves School - 4.1 miles
Ellon Academy - 5.7 miles
Meldrum Academy - 10 miles
The survey asks specifically about the primary catchment areas. However, secondary catchment areas could be affected if any changes are proposed. We would like to gather the views of the residents of the village of Ythanbank and have created a short survey. We welcome your participation.
