Equality Outcome 1 – People with protected characteristics in Aberdeenshire have improved health and wellbeing outcomes through the adoption of an equality driven culture within the Aberdeenshire Health & Social Care Partnership.

People who took part in last year’s public consultation said that there needed to be an improvement in the number of trained staff to deal with certain medical conditions, so that the right service and support was available to them.
