ASSET TRANSFER UNDER THE COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT ACT

NOTICE OF ASSET TRANSFER REQUEST

An asset transfer request has been made to Aberdeenshire Council under Part 5 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.

The request has been made by Belhelvie Community Trust and relates to the Sand Bothy building in Balmedie Country Park

The request is for lease of the Sand Bothy building.

The proposed use of the Sand Bothy building is as a community facility with exhibition space and a kiosk selling drinks and snacks.
