Views are being sought from communities in the Banchory area on a request from Banchory Community Council to extend the Community Council boundary.

Proposal 1 - East End
The proposal seeks to extend Banchory Community Council's boundary to incorporate an area of land which is currently within the area of Crathes, Drumoak and Durris Community Council. The area includes facilities such as Tesco supermarket, The Barn arts centre, Deeside Rugby, and a number of ongoing and proposed developments. View the Proposal Map.

The proposal seeks to extend Banchory Community Council's boundary to incorporate an area of land which which currently forms part of Inchmarlo, Brathens and Glassel Community Council. The area includes Alexander Park and part of Banchory Golf Club. View the Proposal Map.
