Thank you for taking the time to complete a survey to understand your view about how we can deliver efficient and high-quality Care at Home and ARCH services in the future.
This survey has been developed based on the feedback that we collated from the workshop that was held on Friday 7th March at Woodhill House in Aberdeen. In attendance were reps from Homecare, ARCH, Care Management, Nursing and Location Managers.
There were some really good discussions on the day, and we also got lots of information after the event from people who had attended. We have collated all of the feedback into a presentation which you can view by clicking on the link on the right.
Below is the survey which shouldn’t take too long to complete and is completely confidential. The closing date for this survey is 13th April. SURVEY HAS NOW CLOSED.
