This survey includes 6 topics which cover various aspects relevant to living in New Pitsligo, and will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
You will be asked to rate each topic on a scale of good, okay or poor.
Each topic provides an optional opportunity for you to add comments based on your own experience, your ideas on any improvements which may be needed and to consider how you could help support any solutions for these in the future.
The final part of the survey is a comments section so you can add anything else which you feel is relevant about living in New Pitsligo, and which impacts on your health & wellbeing.
This survey opened on 13th May and has been extended to will be open from 15th June 2023
