The Draft Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire Housing Land Audit 2021 is now available for consultation on our website.
The annual Housing Land Audit provides information on the supply and availability of land for house building. It gives details of the sites available for housebuilding and their current status and gives totals of the number of houses built each year and expected future house building for housing market areas, administrative areas, towns and villages. You can view details and maps of each site in our searchable online database
The consultation period for the draft audit ends on Monday 18 October. If you have any queries about the audit or the consultation process, please email statistics@aberdeenshire.gov.uk
