Engaging with the Development Industry on the Local Development Plan 2027

This survey is targeted at those within the development industry who are interested in developing land (housebuilders, developers and landowners). This survey has been prepared to assist with the formulation of the Aberdeenshire Local Development Plan Development Plan Scheme. It also seeks to gather views on key issues associated with the processes to be used and the approach to be taken regarding involvement in the preparation of the Aberdeenshire Local Development Plan over the next five years.

A Video has been produced that explains the new process of preparing a Local Development Plan, and gives further information on the background to the questions being asked. It may be useful to watch this video before completing the survey below.
