Family Learning Activity (P7 to S1 Transitions)

We would appreciate you taking a few moments to answer the following questions. Your responses will help us assess learning needs and plan support and opportunities during the P7 to S1 transition. At the end of the survey there is the option to self refer and a member of the CLD team will get in touch to discuss P7 to S1 Parent Carer (Family Learning) sessions.
