Prior to 2019, Peterhead library was host to an NHS Grampian Healthpoint which was staffed by a Healthpoint Advisor, who provided health information and signposting for individuals seeking support.
Due to an NHS service restructure, the provision of a Healthpoint Advisor was required to adapt and change into a wider community role. Carolyn Lamb, Public Health Coordinator worked to ensure that a new model for the Healthpoint delivered benefits to communities through the provision of dedicated health information within the library. This new model was implemented a few months prior to COVID-19 and national lockdowns.
We are now looking to review what was implemented and would appreciate your thoughts and suggestions by participating in this short survey. Registration to the site is not necessary to complete questions.
The Closing Date for this Survey is Friday 2nd December 2022
