King Edward & Fintry Community Online Drop-In Session

I want to hear from you – the communities of King Edward and Fintry.

As conversations continue around the future of school provision in King Edward and Fintry – including the potential for a merger – we're reaching out to understand what this could mean for you.

I’m Matthew and I’m working with stakeholders as part of the Shaping Places for Wellbeing approach, embedding the community voice in the decision-making process.

This is more than a change to buildings or boundaries – it's about the heart of our places, how we can ensure our rural communities thrive, and how we plan for the future together.

Your voice matters. Community input can help shape stronger, more informed proposals, highlight local needs and priorities, identify opportunities to achieve the most positive outcomes and mitigate any unintended impacts of change.

Whether you're a parent, pupil, local resident, or have ties to either school – please share your thoughts. What would change mean for your community? What would you want to protect, and what could be improved?

You can attend one of the upcoming online drop-in sessions which I’m holding on MS Teams on:

30th June, 4-5pm and 7-8pm

7th July 4-5pm, 7-8pm
