HSCP Staff - South Aberdeenshire Dementia Services

Do you have experience of working with people with dementia? Do you have new ideas about how to shape dementia assessment and support services in South Aberdeenshire? If yes, please help us to redesign the future of dementia services by sharing your views. 

This model needs to be one that meets the needs of all communities in Marr and Kincardine & Mearns and supports people living with dementia in all community settings. It needs to help us overcome the challenges with workforce recruitment, especially of registered mental health nurses, and offer flexibility to respond to increasing demand due to demographic change and the increase of dementia diagnoses.
