What is mind yer mind?

Mind yer mind is a campaign by Aberdeenshire Community Planning Partnership to encourage the people of Aberdeenshire to look after their mental health using any of the 5 internationally recognised steps to mental wellbeing;

1. Making Connections

2. Learning

3. Taking Notice

4. Giving

5. Being Active

Research indicates that a few simple actions can go a long way to promote mental wellbeing, prevent poor mental health, reduce stigma, and promote recovery.

Now in its second year, we are interested to hear your thoughts on what can help make this campaign bigger and better in the future.

If you are a resident of the Buchan area, we would be grateful if you could tell us what you think by completing the short 'Feedback Survey', to let us know how useful you found the information and if this has helped you to look after your mental wellbeing in any way.

A short additional 'Mind Yer Mind Toolkit Feedback Survey' has also been made available for anyone who would like to provide feedback on their experience of this.
