Fraserburgh Hospital amalgamated its stroke and rehabilitation wards (Philorth & Kinnaird Wards) in 2020, to make best use of available staffing and ensure closer working between teams. Both stroke and rehabilitation services have been provided as one service from within Philorth ward since that time.
We are now looking at how we can best use the space we have at the former Kinnaird Ward. As part of this, we were keen to hear the views of people who may have been an in-patient at Philorth or Kinnaird Ward or have received services from the wards (or their family member/carer) and staff members on how the service is currently being provided in Philorth Ward and what we might do together in the future.
A survey was available until 6th March 2024. We will provide an update here in due course.
