School Transport Surveys 2022

Please tell us what you think of the school transport service provided by Aberdeenshire Council

The purpose of this consultation exercise is to:

• gauge the level of satisfaction or otherwise with various aspects of school transport service delivery; 
• help us review the performance of the service; 
• identify lessons that can be learned; and, 
• use this as the basis for the potential future development of the service.

In order to inform the evaluation, and as a supplier which provides school transport on our behalf, we would like to hear your views. 

All individual responses to the school transport operator survey will remain confidential and should be submitted by no later than Friday 2 December 2022.

Privacy and Your Personal Information

This survey is being undertaken by Aberdeenshire Council. The purpose of this survey is to understand levels of satisfaction with school transport provision.  We will do this by combining the information you provide anonymously with that of the other respondents. You will not be asked to provide your personal information as part of this survey.
