Survey - CIC Staff

St. James’ Court in Inverurie opened in 2015 as a purpose-built housing complex, consisting of self-contained flats that provide care and support to up to 24 adults with learning disabilities. The service was initially provided by Inspire, which merged with Community Integrated Care—the current commissioned provider—in November 2023.

Aberdeenshire Council is currently conducting a review of the commissioned service at St. James’ Court. This is part of the Council’s routine activities to monitor and evaluate the delivery of commissioned services. In collaboration with Community Integrated Care, we will work together to gather relevant information and data to inform this review.

As part of the process, we have created a series of surveys to gather your views and opinions. Your feedback is important and will help us review and improve the service provided to the person you support or care about.

This survey is anonymous. Your responses will not be linked to you personally, and no identifying information will be collected.

The information you provide will be used only within the project group responsible for the service review. It will be analysed and presented in a summary report, and individual responses will not be shared in their raw format outside the project group.

Any feedback included in the report will be non-identifiable, meaning it will not be traceable to the individual who provided it.

We would like to ask you some questions to understand staff perspectives on service delivery, support planning, and outcomes.

Please answer as openly and honestly as you feel comfortable. Your answers will help us understand what’s working well and what could be better.

Submission deadline: by midday on Sunday 19th October 2025
